Ingredients

  • 1cup soak chanadal


  • 1carrot cutted cubely


  • 1cup cubely cutted papaya


  • 2 Parwal cut piaces


  • 1potato cut piaces


  • 1tomato


  • 1tsp cuminseeds


  • 1pinch asafoeitida


  • 2redchilli


  • 1tbsp ghee


  • 8-10curry patta


  • 1/2tsp turmericpowder

Directions

  • Heat a pressure cooker add wash&soak chanadal.
  • Add all veggies,turmeric&salt.
  • Cover it &cook till 2 whistle comes
  • Heat a pan add ghee ,add cuminseeds,asafoitida&red chilli crackle 1 mints.
  • Add currypatta stir 30 seconds.
  • Pour the dalma on that seasoning.
  • Chanadal dalma is ready to serve.
